1.The Work of Art The artist delivers an original in ceramic, terra cotta, plaster or any medium. |
2.The Silicon Mold The liquid silicone mixed with a catalyzer allows us to obtain a perfect negative image cast from the original model. The flexible silicone mold is surrounded by a rigid plaster or resin coating. |
3.The Wax Model Several thin coats of synthetic melted wax are poured or applied by brush in order to obtain a positive copy of 3 to 4 mm thick. |
